What does HydroHarvest Africa provide?

HydroHarvest Africa coordinates borehole and irrigation infrastructure, finance application support, agronomy, agricultural inputs and market linkage for Kenyan farmers.

Who can apply for the programme?

Individual farmers, farmer groups, cooperatives and commercial agribusinesses may apply. Project suitability and finance eligibility depend on the farm, land access, water potential, proposed crop and the selected lender’s assessment.

Is HydroHarvest Africa a bank or lender?

No. HydroHarvest Africa packages and coordinates farm projects. Banks and SACCOs make their own lending decisions and set their own terms.

Can buyers enquire about produce from HydroHarvest farmers?

Yes. Supermarkets, processors, exporters, institutions and other buyers can use the market enquiry form to share crop, quality, volume and delivery requirements.
